Andow, a store manager of Wal-Mart, has more than 25 years’ experience in Business Leadership and Organizational Design in a corporate environment. He currently leads more than 375 associates with revenues in excess of $80 million. He is a leader in sustainability and corporate philanthropy.

Among previous positions, Andow served as President and Chief Executive Officer of The Virtual Group, LLC, a Dallas management consulting and systems integration firm and was in partnership with Johnson & Johnson, a global manufacturer of medical devices.

Andow was also a portfolio manager with major financial institutions, including Bank of America where he was responsible for over $500 million in real estate loans and assets.

Andow holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Anthropology from Texas State University and a Master of Business Administration in Management and Finance from the Southwestern Graduate School of Banking at Southern Methodist University.
