EGBI offers co-working, meeting and private office space 5 minutes from downtown Austin. We provide a comfortable and professional environment to accommodate your small business office space needs at a low cost.
Our Emerging Enterprises Business Development Center is open Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. All rental rates include access to EGBI staff counseling and free monthly workshops, WiFi, phone, and office equipment at no additional cost. Access to our conference room and training room is also available.
Although independent from each other, we have seen our businesses bond together as they progress, become more motivated, confident, and an encouragement to each other as they share their ideas and challenges. We enjoy the synergy created from working with talented people in the same space.

Co-working Space Daily Rate:

Co-working Space Part-Time Rate:
- $75 per month
Includes shared desk/cubicle, phone, WiFi, mail receipt, fax, and 2 hours of conference room per month (as available).
Co-working Space Full-Time Rate:
- $125 per month
Includes shared desk/cubicle, WiFi, mail receipt, fax, printer, 4 hours of conference room per month (as available), door access code, and access to EGBI staff counseling.
Virtual Office Rate:
- $50 per month
Includes mail receipt, fax, and 4 hours of conference room per month (as available).
