As a trained Pastry & Culinary Chef my passion and specialty is transforming ordinary ingredients into extraordinary and delicious creations.
While in culinary school I discovered my love for mentoring and teaching.
So… in 2018, I started C.U.T.S (Culinarians Unified Through Service) my mentorship club.
My mission was and still is to inspire others through food to reach their highest goals.

Like starting this business; being on the show was a dream come true!
I got to spend time with Martha Stewart.

My team and I are perfect examples of the impact and possibilities of using food as a canvas for liberation and better living.

Our hand-made, small batch desserts are
made with premium ingredients like King Arthur flour, vanilla bean infused sugar and real butter.
