EGBI and The Texas C-BAR are teaming up to provide a FREE small business legal clinic in the Austin metro area again.

Volunteer attorneys will be available for one-on-one 30 minutes consultation sessions to cover topics important to small businesses, such as entity formation, general liability, contracts, employment procedure, negotiation, patents and trademarks, and more.

Volunteer attorneys will offer legal advice in the individual consultation sessions only. If a business owner is currently in litigation or needs extended legal services, the clinic will have resource referrals on hand – these consultations will not result in the volunteer attorneys providing extended legal services.

Participants must arrive and sign in before 5:30 p.m. Staff will be on hand to assist. Business owners should come prepared to discuss their legal questions and bring all relevant documents.

And if your business is a sole proprietorship, you will have the possibility incorporate one person LLC’s on site, as long as you have a credit card to pay for the filing fee.

All participants will be required to fill out a thorough intake questionnaire, the information is secure and will not be used by Texas C-BAR/LAMP for any other purposes. Don’t miss this opportunity!. SAVE your calendar.
