Bookkeeping Series
Learn how to use QuickBooks Online and take control of your business finances.
This workshop series is designed to help business owners generate and maintain healthy financial records using QuickBooks. By formalizing their financial processes, participants can increase their chances of becoming bankable, securing loans, obtaining grants, and winning larger contracts to support business development.
Upon completing the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Set up a customized QuickBooks layout.
- Understand the basics of categorization.
- Perform reconciliations.
- Generate profitability reports.
- Conduct financial evaluations.
Note: Homework will be required for this series, which focuses exclusively on learning and managing transactions through an accounting system.
Bookkeeping Series – $40 for the entire series for people who live in Central Texas.
Eligibility Criteria
To participate, business owners must meet the following requirements:
- Have an open and operating business.
- Maintain a dedicated business bank account.
- Generate an average of $50,000 in annual sales or $4,000 in monthly sales or a total of 50 to 60 individual transactions a month.
- Currently have or be willing to subscribe to QuickBooks (Essential, Plus, or Advanced plan).
This workshop is a valuable opportunity for business owners to strengthen their financial foundation and set their businesses up for long-term success.
