Emmanuel Nyame is CEO of Twelvenets, helping businesses amplify important ideas, issues, and initiatives. Felipe D Reynoso – Reycast Media

Felipe D Reynoso has over 22 years in the broadcast and media industry; including an 11-year tenure at Univision Austin as Director of Operations, Technical Director, and Senior Producer; Felipe D. Reynoso has managed every side of production, on-air talent, and live broadcast engineering. Today, as an Austin business owner running Reycast Media, he deals with the exact same day-to-day realities, time crunches, and marketing unknowns that local entrepreneurs face. Over the course of his career, Felipe has developed campaigns for everything from major broadcast networks and regional car dealerships to family-run businesses, dental practices, retail shops, and local cleaning companies. He focuses on helping businesses amplify their impact by cutting through marketing overwhelm, showing business owners how to use practical smartphone tools and modern AI workflows to handle everyday planning, content, and messaging; without losing the authentic human voice that actually connects with customers.

Jess Lowry – ENID Studio

Jess Lowry is the founder of ENID Studio, a Human Systems Design consultancy that helps growing businesses redesign how people, technology, and business systems work together. With 20 years of experience in organizational design, research, service design, and technology implementation, she has worked with organizations ranging from small businesses to global enterprises and government agencies.

Jose Antonio Salas – DELL Technologies

Antonio Salas is a business and product strategy leader based in the Austin area and currently serves as Field Product Marketing Lead for Enterprise Solutions at Dell Technologies. He brings extensive experience in strategy, analytics, and go-to-market execution across large, complex organizations.

Antonio has worked across multiple industries and international markets, combining rigorous data analysis with practical business judgment. He is particularly passionate about economic development, entrepreneurship, and helping small businesses scale sustainably through better strategy, pricing, and operational clarity.

As a board member of the Economic Growth Business Incubator, Antonio focuses on strengthening EGBI’s strategic impact, supporting founders with real-world business insight, and advancing inclusive economic growth in the Central Texas community.

Luis Delgado – The Critical Update

Luis Delgado, technology is about more than systems and software, it’s about people. Through The Critical Update, he equips business leaders with practical cybersecurity strategies and risk management insights so they can focus on running and growing their businesses with confidence.

Luis is also deeply involved in Austin’s business community. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Economic Growth Business Incubator (EGBI) and the Greater Austin Hispanic Chamber Foundation, supporting initiatives that strengthen local businesses and communities. He also serves on the advisory boards of Capital Area Crime Stoppers and the Association of Christian Executives.

Marie Sanchez – Amegy Bank 

Marie Sanchez, Senior Vice President with Amegy Bank is a Native of Austin and has had her entire career of 38 years in Business Banking in Austin Texas.

She has a passion for helping business owners grow their businesses by offering her expertise, and superior product offerings.

As a Relationship Banker, she has served hundreds of businesses grow in profitability by her recommendations and experience.

Mark Brown – SouthState Bank

Mark Brown is the Chief Security Officer (CSO) at SouthState Bank, where he provides leadership and strategy for information and physical security across SouthState locations in six southeastern states, Texas, and Colorado. He partners with business and technology leaders to develop security strategies aligned with long-term business goals.

Mark has more than 20 years of experience in information technology and security. He began his career in the U.S. Navy, working with U.S. and NATO computer and communications systems, including satellite, submarine, and terrestrial networks. After his military service, he worked in academia before entering the financial industry in 2004, where he advanced from IT Manager and Information Security Officer to Chief Information Security Officer. Following the SouthState and CenterState Bank merger in 2020, he became Chief Security Officer.

Mark holds both Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certifications. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Liberal Studies, with a focus on Psychology and Sociology, from the University of the State of New York in 1996 and a Master of Science in Leadership, Management and Organizational Development from the University of South Florida in 2002.

Nakevia Miller – iN Possibiliti

Nakevia Miller is an award-winning marketer, Fractional CMO, educator, and founder of iN Possibiliti. She helps small businesses, nonprofits, and lean marketing teams turn scattered marketing activity into clear strategy, stronger storytelling, and sustainable systems.

With more than a decade of experience across branding, content, digital marketing, sales enablement, and team leadership, Nakevia is known for making marketing practical and approachable. She has a special passion for supporting business owners and “one-person marketing departments” who are trying to do more with limited time, budget, and resources.

Nakevia is also deeply connected to EGBI’s mission. She is an EGBI QuickBooks alum, co-author of EGBI’s Marketing Course, a regular guest instructor, and was named EGBI’s 2025 Volunteer of the Year. She believes small business owners deserve access to clear, actionable marketing education that helps them make better decisions, build stronger relationships, and grow with confidence.

Hector Muñiz – EGBI

Hector Muñiz graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Economics and a minor in business. His most recent previous experience includes working as a financial advisor at UBS Financial Services, where he focused on sales and enhancing client experiences. Additionally, Hector has notable experience as an ESL (English as a Second Language) instructor, where he taught older students computer and networking basics in a bilingual setting. He is also Google Certified, adding to his knowledge of digital tools and technology. Through his various roles, Hector discovered a genuine passion for financial guidance, sales, and tutoring.

Outside of work, Hector dedicates his time to studying, reading, drawing, and maintaining an active lifestyle by hitting the gym. His favorite sports include soccer and boxing.

Paul Aguilar – EGBI

Paul Aguilar is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and small businesses, helping them achieve their goals and maximize their impact. A graduate of the University of Texas at Austin with a bachelor’s degree in Economics, Paul combines analytical expertise with a strong understanding of today’s evolving business landscape. His technical and strategic background allows him to provide tailored, data-driven guidance in areas such as strategic planning, financial management, marketing, and technology integration.

Paul is passionate about collaboration, innovation, and lifelong learning. He was also a member of the Leadership Austin Emerge Class of 2025, further reflecting his commitment to community engagement and leadership development.

Outside of his professional work, Paul enjoys staying active on the padel court, traveling to new destinations, attending live concerts, and supporting Austin’s independent cinemas and vibrant local food scene.
