Dedicate four months to focus on your business and next level success. Learn and practice a process for goal setting and accountability. Join other business owners to learn from each other and get the support you need to succeed.

The series has two parts:

PLAN YOUR WORK: 

Take three weeks to define what success would look like for your business.

WORK YOUR PLAN: 

Meet weekly for three months with other business owners and a facilitator to document your progress, share problems you encounter along the way, network with key people and peers to get help in ways and areas you may never have expected.

Additionally, participants are exposed to skill building sessions around accounting/finance, human resources, marketing, and other management topics as requested by the participants.
